Recipe: Ginataang Gulay

This recipe is a total cheat. Haha. I just wanted to eat some vegetables and this was a simple solution to the problem. 🙂

ginataang kalabasa1

What you’ll need:

-Kalabasa / Squash
-Sitaw / String Beans
-Pork
-Onions and Garlic
-1 pack of Knorr’s Ginataang Gulay Complete recipe

What you’ll do:

-Add oil in pan and fry the pork until brown.
-Saute onions and garlic.
-Add in your vegetables and a cup of water
ginataang kalabasa3-Add in the magic pack of goodness
ginataang kalabasa2-Bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste (but totally optional)

This is a typical Filipino vegetable dish that I wanted to share with you guys. You can easily replace the magic pack of goodness with coconut milk. That is the original way of cooking this dish anyway, but as I have said I cheated, LOL.
