Visual Diary: Snapshots of Singapore 2013

I never really wanted to go to Singapore because I hated it. I hated it so much because I was very jealous of their country. I always envied everything about it because the Philippines and Singapore are two total opposites and I knew that if I saw it first hand, I’d fall in love with it.

Which is exactly what happened two years ago. Alongside my brother and friend, we packed our bags and went to Singapore to experience the 2013 Singaporean Grand Prix. It was the best decision ever. Unfortunately at that time we didn’t have good cameras. I solely relied on my iPhone 4s and my brother used a video camera. Nonetheless, I’m sharing my favorite photos from our Singapore 2013 visit.

Singapore’s Chicken Rice!

On our last day there, we went to Universal Studios in Sentosa. The rides didn’t impress me too much and you can go around the whole place in half a day. We didn’t have too many pictures because we put our bags in a locker and I believe this is the only nice picture we had that day.

Aren’t we adorable?

Sorry for the lack of amazing photos. It was an amazing trip and I definitely fell in love with Singapore.

This post is inspired by the upcoming Singapore Grand Prix. A little flashback wouldn’t hurt, right?

To keep it short and simple: I'm twenty-seven years old. Still plenty young, but not as young as I used to be.
