Saturday Snaps

I took this picture at my church. I think that I captured this moment beautifully and I wanted to share it with you. We might have different religions but let’s look past that, please. 🙂

I wanted to type out a whole post about religion and such. I had to retype, delete, and edit countless of times because I found it very difficult to find the right balance for it. Religion is a very tricky topic.

At the end of the day, respect should always reign supreme. Believe in what you think is right and I’ll believe in what I think is right. However, lately, more than just believing in my religion, I am more inclined to act by the rule of kindness. Kindness just wins over anything. Just be kind. At the end of the day, we’re all here in this world temporarily. Be kind to the people you meet. They all have their own stories.

To keep it short and simple: I'm twenty-seven years old. Still plenty young, but not as young as I used to be.

  1. Nice photo and post, Kat. I totally agree with your post here. Respect is important no matter what your religion (or none) is. Me and my husband have different views and beliefs, but we respect each other so much that it’s not a big issue at all.
